Thank you for inviting me to write a few words of our experience with AKM.
We contacted AKM to request that they provide us with a database.
Using a number of stand alone databases was not ideal, they required merging into one to not only create efficiency but also to have software that was a pleasure to use for our team at The Psychology Service. AKM did precisely that. They were able to comprehend our complex business quickly and construct a database exactly as we had visualised it.
Already I am looking forward to (and getting excited...sad) about phase 2 of the database, I would think it would be a challenge to AKM, however, I fear they will just take in their stride!!

Accent Fresh Ltd have recently worked very closely with AKM in developing a bespoke Sales Order Processing Database. This has enabled Accent Fresh Ltd to cope with growth whilst enhancing customer service levels and in particular streamlining the order taking, order picking and despatch functions. We estimate that this investment had paid for itself within 6 months of commissioning. Furthermore we are able to continue to develop the system around changes in the business without great cost.
